11. Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida.
12. Delivery Services
Hunt & Gather Marketplace may offer delivery services between Hunters and Gatherers. By placing an order with delivery, you acknowledge:
- Delivery windows are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, product availability, or third-party logistics.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery, unless otherwise required by law. Please inspect deliveries promptly and report any issues within 12 hours.
- We are not responsible for spoilage or damage due to unattended deliveries unless there is clear evidence of gross negligence on our part or our delivery agents.
- You agree to provide accurate delivery instructions and ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive goods.
- We reserve the right to limit delivery zones and availability at our discretion.
